2. Personal data we collect
We only collect data that is strictly necessary: via the contact form (first name, last name, email, message); via audience measurement tools after consent (anonymized IP address, pages visited, visit duration, device and browser type).
3. Purposes and legal bases
Your data is processed to respond to your commercial inquiries (legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request), to improve the site and measure audience (legal basis: consent), and to ensure site security (legal basis: legitimate interest).
4. Recipients of the data
Your data is only accessible to the Coladia team. Technical sub-processors may process it on our behalf: EmailJS (form submission), Google Analytics (anonymized audience measurement), Netlify (hosting). No data is sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
5. Retention period
Messages received via the contact form are kept for 3 years from the last exchange. Anonymized audience data is kept for a maximum of 25 months, in line with CNIL recommendations.
6. Cookies and trackers
No audience measurement cookies are placed until you have given consent via the banner. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing your browser data for this site. Technical cookies strictly necessary for site operation (language preference, theme, consent state) are placed without prior consent as they are essential.
7. Transfers outside the European Union
Some of our sub-processors (Google, EmailJS, Netlify) may process your data from the United States. These transfers are governed by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and by standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
8. Data security
The site is served over HTTPS only. Access to data is restricted to authorized personnel. Backups are encrypted. We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorized access, modification or disclosure.
